Khurram Askari
(CEO)
His understanding of rural markets is incomparable. And this knowledge, gleaned from experience, is a result of his passion for the excitement and challenges of marketing in the hinterlands. His maxim is "if you don't travel, you cannot learn, nor understand the rural India" For, after Insight connect, his passion is to travel. Not for him the touristy destinations but traveling to the heart of India. The connection & bond he has with rural is evident with his understanding of sensibilities, social cultural changes and most importantly the people of rural India. Secretary of RMAI (Rural Market Association of India) consecutively for 2 years now, his exposure to rural markets and his expertise is invaluable.

A. Khadeer Khan
(Lead - Activation)

The brand activation expert, he connects with people in a manner that is entirely unique. Not just having the advantage of the regional language in Andhra Pradesh, but also a perceptive understanding of Haats, mela's, innovative idea's for promotion like folk art, burrakhata ( a form of folk art performed on stage by artists) During the activities when he is brushing shoulders with promoters and rural distributors, his zeal and enthusiasm is infectious and he is always raring to go, to roll his sleeves up & hit the roads every time an activity is initiated earning him the nick name of 'road map' for he understands the rural by roads, district, Zillah like no other.

Shobhit Jain
(Lead - Strategy)

Shobhit Jain, our Strategy Lead is an alumni of IWSB, a leading B-School. With a love of travel and an unwavering focus and determination to get the job done, Shobhit's area of expertise is also in Market Research. From Kota, Rajasthan, he has traveled all the way South to be an intrinsic part of rural marketing here and promises that this is “just the beginning of a long journey" he intends to make in his career.
Mohammed Taher
(Lead - Operations)

With eight years of experience behind him, his key knowledge of client requirements and basic operational necessities ensures smooth run of activities. His dedication towards making an activity successful for clients makes Mohd. Taher, the most integral part of the team at Insight Outreach. Unflappable and always in charge of any situation, his inputs leading to the successful completion of activities are incomparable.
Laila Fathima
(Lead - Communication)

Armed with skill set in the R&D division, she is part of the core team and is a strategist for brands. The first to admit that the sheer size of rural markets is intimidating; she is equally intrigued by the challenges thrown up to marketing and communication agencies. "Every day is a learning experience", for her.
