Requirement of the client/Objectives
 
Amara Raja wanted to set up a rural retail chain to sell its specially designed products like motorcycle, tractor, Jeep batteries and invertors in rural markets.
 
Power Zone.  
Requirement was to set up these exclusive outlets in tier 2 , 3 towns of each district
 
Activation / execution
 
Insight conceptualized an activation plan to reach the trade in each town. Team leads, promoters were hired to start the day early in the morning, distribute leaflets and then start talking to prospective entrepreneurs in town. Different teams visited 110 such towns, interacted with the prospects, short listed the candidates, entered into MOU’s collected deposits and gave dealerships in towns.
 
Later, Insight coordinated with the Amara raja team to set up these outlets.
Result
A number of Power Zone shops were opened in the entire state.
